Dues = $5.00 per Year, plus $5 Initiation Fee (First Year Only). Applicant MUST be a CDF/CAL FIRE Employee and have 25 years or Fire Seasons of CDF/CAL FIRE Service. (Active, Retired, Seasonal) Fill out all information so the Sec/Treas. Will know who you are. THIS IS MANDATORY.
